ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except if the merchandise you received falls under one of the following criteria:

  1. You receive a counterfeit item and can prove delivery and acceptance of the merchandise. We do not tolerate counterfeit merchandise, and will not tolerate being given counterfeit items from our partners nor would we condone the delivery thereof. You will receive a full refund for the item by just following our directions for an RMA. You will still be responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
  2. You receive an incorrect item. Return the sent item by following directions for an RMA, and we will send you the correct merchandise.
  3. You receive merchandise that is clearly in plain view not as advertised or described. We go to great pains to describe and photograph the items in detail including all markings, scratches, signs of wear-and-tear and make reasonable efforts rating its condition. However, sometimes merchandise may go through the system that through our own interpretation may not be totally accurate. You will receive store credit, but you will still be responsible for shipping and handling.
  4. You received a damaged item during delivery. We will authorize a return. Customer will be given store credit.

You can't return items because you have changed your mind. If you prefer, we can authorize a return for store credit, however you will still be responsible for the return shipping and handling.

Policies Regarding Counterfeit Merchandise

We do not practice, tolerate or promote the sale of counterfeit goods or merchandise. We take pride in ensuring that our brand is associated with legitimate designer brands. We do not tolerate counterfeit merchandise coming from partners. And if a counterfeit item is brought to our attention while in our possession, we will bring in and cooperate with legal authorities to investigate the items in question and take actions pursuant to the fullest extent of the law to protect our brand and customers.

Buyers, who try to defraud Luxvie Inc. will face the fullest extent of Federal Charges. We will bring in and cooperate with legal authorities to investigate the items in question and take actions pursuant to the fullest extent of the law to protect our brand and partners. If the merchandise crosses state lines, the transaction has now crossed over into Federal Jurisdiction, bringing into play, not only Federal Laws regarding commerce, but also US Postal Service Mail Fraud, Credit Card Fraud, as well as additional State and Local Laws that apply to this type of criminal activity.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 (seven) calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 (seven) calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in the same condition as sold, as well as:

  1. showing no signs of additional wear or damage in any way
  2. within 7 (seven) calendar days of the delivery date (after the 7th day, items aren't eligible for return)
  3. not be a special order or custom order
  4. not be a final sale item, or already noted as "non-returnable"
  5. has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
